These terms govern use of the Context platform operated by Context Growth (“we,” “us,” “our”).
Service Description
The Context platform is an internal business operations tool that provides lead management, advertising performance tracking, lead scoring, and client reporting services. Access is limited to authorized Context Growth team members and designated client users.
Authorized Use
The platform is provided to support Context Growth’s managed marketing services. Users may only access data for clients they are authorized to manage. Unauthorized access, data extraction, or redistribution is prohibited.
Data Handling
All data processed through the platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Intellectual Property
The Context platform, including its design, code, and functionality, is the property of Context Growth. Client data remains the property of the respective client.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided “as is.” Context Growth is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or decisions made based on platform outputs including lead scores, alerts, or recommendations.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
