How we turned an advisory firm’s webinars into a booked-meeting channel.
The firm had the expertise and an audience list they were recycling. What was missing was a system to reach new buyers, qualify them, and turn attention into conversations. We built it, end to end.
From email list to growth channel.
The firm had a real reputation and a back catalog of webinars. But every event went to the same in-house email list. They were promoting to the same people every event. There was no way to reach new qualified buyers who weren’t already on it, no read on who was actually a fit, and no follow-up beyond a link to the recording. The audience was capped at the list, and the list was tapped out.
What we did, phase by phase.
Found and reached their buyers
We defined the firm’s ideal buyer and reached them with paid media on the platforms they actually use — putting the firm’s expertise in front of qualified buyers who had never been on the list.
Built the registration engine
Registration pages, ad creative, lead forms, and the platform integration that turned that reach into qualified signups, event after event.
Lifted attendance with a show sequence
A confirmation-and-reminder sequence across email and other touchpoints took live attendance from ~20% to ~30%.
Designed the follow-up
Refined the post-event offer to anchor on the value of a meeting and wrote all the email copy to drive audiences to a clear next step.
Built an enrichment flow
We run every contact through an enrichment workflow that adds firmographic and behavioral context to every contact so the firm can focus on conversations instead of researching every prospect individually.
Defined the offer that converts
We helped shape the offer and the in-event setup into a clear next step that led to a 3% attendee-to-meeting conversion rate from cold audiences.

A repeatable, systemized growth channel and an engaged audience they own.
The firm now reaches new qualified buyers every event, knows exactly who those buyers are, converts cold prospects into new conversations, and has the data feedback loops they need to make decisions about what to do next.
We used to go down the list of webinar signups not really knowing who anyone was, manually trying to work out who was worth a conversation. It took real time. Context built us a qualification system that does that for us, and we’ve kept building on it since.
Even when a webinar doesn’t produce a meeting that day, we still come away with real information about a business owner we can keep engaging. That’s the part that adds up.
Our webinars used to go to the same in-house list every time. Context got us in front of new qualified buyers we’d never have reached on our own, well beyond our local market.
Context took us from manually guessing who was worth chasing to a system that tells us, and a growing audience we can work and nurture.
The gap was always getting signups to actually attend. The reminder sequence Context built consistently gets more of them to show up, event after event.
Context brought the expertise we needed to follow up in a way that gets people to want to schedule a meeting after the event.
