Context Marketing operates the Context platform, an internal business operations tool used to manage client marketing campaigns, track performance, and process leads.

Through our integration with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), we collect and process:

  • Lead form submissions: name, email address, phone number, and responses to custom questions submitted through Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads
  • Ad performance data: campaign metrics including impressions, clicks, conversions, and spend

We also collect behavioral signal data from integrated platforms including Postmark (email delivery events), Zoom (webinar attendance), and HubSpot (CRM activity) for the purpose of lead scoring, alerts, and client reporting.

This data is processed on behalf of our clients as part of our managed marketing services. Lead and performance data is shared only with the specific client whose advertising generated that data. We do not sell this data to third parties.

Data is retained for the duration of the client engagement. Upon termination, data is deleted within 90 days upon request. To request deletion of data collected through Facebook Lead Ads or other platform integrations, contact us at [email protected]. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
